Refund Policy

At China Home Store, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You received the wrong item.

• Your item arrived damaged.

• Your item has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items damaged through misuse or improper handling.

• Used or assembled products, unless they are defective.

• Clearance or sale items, unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be arranged by an agreed method.
